Damn stupid recruitment quagmire. Surely one small marketing job isnt too much to ask? After 10 months of constant searching?

Damn stupid ambition, I couldnt be happy working for a large company who could survive a recession. No, I had to go out and start my own company just to give it a shot.

Damn stupid economic downturn grabbing my company by its tender bits and then smashing it to smithereens. And then weeing on it.

Damn stupid recruitment consultants who insist that they have suitable roles available until you go in to meet with them only to find that they never had anything suitable and they are just filling their potential candidate files. Which never amount to anything.

Damn stupid shark employers who take you on and then dont pay you. And the law is on their side.

Damn stupid desperation making me fall for a damn stupid shark employer.

Damn stupid too much experience. You would think it would be better to have the neccessary amount of experience plus additional experience for good measure. Nope! You must have the exact experience. And meet specific criteria.

“One legged sheep shearer required. Two legs? No sorry, we are only recruiting for one legged sheep shearers at the present time. Feel free to send in you CV so we can keep it on file should any two legged sheep shearer positions arise. That or we run out of toilet paper. We may use your good-for-nothin’ CV for that also”.
